Not entirely sure what you said, but I appreciate it. ;):D:cheers:
Well, I'll come back to it in a day or two.

I just got done with some emergency back surgery and I'm on a nice cocktail of narcotics.

In the end tho, my intention certainly was to be friendly. Soooo:

I did.

And my M4 with full Remus exhaust was louder than my GT350. ;)
The GT350 with resonators removed or R is really loud, 104dB loud. It was the loudest car in the LL (and im sure the MT test as well). Some guys got meatballed at Sears which has a 103dB limit :eyebulge:

I bet it is, but I have a regular GT350 with resonators.

The full Remus on the M4 deleted the resonators on that car and with flaps open it was loud (and raspy at times) as hell. I prefer my current exhaust on the GT350 with resonators and flaps open.

I would recommend the resonator delete

Does the remus make the M4 sound less like a lawn mower? My buddy had an e92 with the IPE valvetronic exhaust, that thing was loud as hell as well, really great tone though

Does anyone else think of that stupid song by City High....? Great, now it's stuck in my head.

What would you do if your son was at home
Crying all alone
On the bedroom floor
Cause he's hungry and the only way to feed him is to
Sleep with a man for a little bit of money?
And his daddy's gone somewhere smokin' rock now
In and out of lock down
I ain't got a job now
So for you this is just a good time
But for me this is what I call life

Just so I understand. So now you've called a million dealers, telling THEM how serious you are about the car... Are you also passively suggesting that the car is junk and generally annoying the crap out of them when you inquire? If you buy one or not, I bet you're making them work for it.

I never thought the M3/4 sound was that bad. I more thought it was synthetic and emotionless (much like most describe the rest of the car). So I got the Remus to improve on that. That coupled with unplugging the active sound amp helped a great deal IMO. It was pretty raspy in low revs and when shifting aggressively, but overall a big improvement.

It obviously can't compare to the Voodoo for sound, but not much can.

Edit: It also still couldn't compete against your buddies S65 with any exhaust IMO.

He's not going to buy it...

Does it have white stripes? Please shoot me a PM as I'm about to give up on my R search. (AG w/ white and GB w/ white are my only 2 colors I want.

I just started looking for non R's and there are 3 cars in my region that I want. $15k, $5k and $2k (allocation w/ delivery in 90 days). If the $2k ADM was available today, I would have gone home with it today.

I'll pass this to the forum if I do not take the allocation.

The grabber blue at MSRP has the so called paint issue. It needs to be corrected at the body shop. Not going to go through with it given the color and the price of the car. Someone else might be okay with it as is and take delivery.

Lol. You really aren't actually going to buy anything are you.

You seem like a smart guy. I find it so intersecting that you somehow get some kind of entertainment out of this.

Believe me I will.

I am actually getting pretty frustrated not getting this done after having to spend so much time. But eventually I'll get what I want.
