Hi everyone.. premise that the car is a 2016 GT and it is completely stock at the moment, what changes are needed to run the E85? I have heard that of course it needed a tune (just for optimization, otherwise there would be no differences). I also heard that it would be better to change the injectors, is it really necessary?
For the rest does the car hold up well this fuel or there is something else that should be changed ? Thanks all

First raise your debit/credit card limit, E85 is fun to run. I suggest the flex tune but I see you are in Italy so I don’t know if there are any differences for you. There was no reason to change injectors, I did change plugs but I don’t believe that was necessary

You can run E85 on the stock fuel system and injectors as long as you haven't done an aftermarket or ported manifold. Both Lund Racing and Palm Beach Dyno which we offer here can easily make a tune for your setup.

Please feel free to give us a shout if there's anything we can help you with.

Thanks!

All that is needed to run E85 if you're running the stock manifold is a tune. If you opt to also upgrade to a Boss 302 or 2018+ now, or even down the road, you would want at least a 47lb injector.

They Coyote's hold up really well to E85, stock lines will hold up to the E85 as well.

Hit me up and we can get you dialed in with a Lund tune w/ an HP RTD. RTD's are in stock ready to go!

Gen 2 with a gen 3 or other after market manifold needs the injectors. Stock mani on gen 2 or any mani on gen 3 is fine with oem injectors.
