I love how you instantly jumped to 5% tint, as if I lacked any sort of common sense and thought all tint laws are bad. I said California's 70% tint law is bad. 35-25% is a good legal limit.

It's because of the cops. The cops want to be able to see into everyone's car. What's absurd is that the tint limit is 70%. That does nothing in such a sunny state.

Sequential works for going up. Going down its easy to drop straight to 4th or 3rd because it doesn't rev hang.

I fixed the 4 to 6 issue by going to 5th first. It helps.

No I haven't done any major mods in that regard.

Yeah I think some of it might be emissions related. I've been driving on the track in sport mode. Might move up to track and see if it still does it.

I wish I could retrofit rev matching in my 2018 but that's just not possible based on what I've researched. The car either hangs revs when I short shift (some corners call for that to avoid spinning) or locks me out when I rev too high.

At 53K miles I haven't once had issues with the oil being low.

I I run the canyons in LA all the time AND I do track days because I have the balls to go 10/10 and you don't. You haven't once driven this car at maximum and thus you have no idea how these cars act under repeated hard braking or hard acceleration.

wa You clearly haven't driven your car on track then if you think rev hang in these cars is driver error.

I hear from all sorts of 6 speed owners that they have rev hang issues. Even non-coyote owners know these engines rev hang. Let's be constructive instead of insulting

I have mega bad rev hang during track days. It's 100% an issue with these cars.

Pulled off both wheel hubs and found both thrust washers were broken. I'm so happy I bought two when I went to the Ford dealership (it was an hour drive away each direction). Put everything back together and all the lights cleared as soon as I got up to speed. No more fault lights on the dash...
