I'm kind of leaning H pipe... and torn between the corsa double H or steeda H.. probably over thinking/analyzing it

but hands down the Mach 1 sound is amazing.. I switched to corsa with less than 100 miles on the car and its cool and loud, but hearing the Machs today just made me realize the mistake I made
Yeah, this may be the first car I've owned that Im almost 100% convinced doesn't need any exhaust mods. It really does sound amazing in stock form

exactly what I was looking for... putting in the order now, thanks man!
No problem! Easy install too, I did it with sawzaw and jack stands.
I recommend getting the better double wall couplers from rock auto to attach the pipes than the one’s that comes with it.

any issues with reuse of the factory clamps at the header to exhaust connection point?
Those are fine and pretty much identical to the ones I suggested

I installed the Steeda H-pipe on mine about 2 years ago and I love it! Get compliments all the time. Keeps the original Mach Exhaust sound and just turns up the volume.
True story :)

True story :)

TJ, quick question on another subject, suspension upgrades.
Would adding the Steeda subframe braces do anything for my non-hp Mach 1?
I think the suspension is perfect for carving corners but I need grip! My Rear end Is always spinning and losing grip. Not really a wheel hop issue here.
Flex tune extra power has made it hard to put down the power off the line.

polling question - for those with a resonator delete on the stock exhaust, H or X pipe? what keeps the unique Mach 1 exhaust sound the best?
I had an H-pipe on my '15 GT and have listened to countless YouTube videos with various exhaust mods for the Mach 1. I ordered an H-pipe from American Muscle earlier this week, and it'll be here tomorrow with a likely install sometime over the weekend. After that, I'm not touching the exhaust any further. I like it as is, just wanted a bit more volume.

Ian, aren't the drive modes controlled by a relay under the hood? Im not sure, but I think someone had this issue last year, and it was a relay/fuse. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me can chime in. Good luck with it Bro!
Thanks. We checked the fuse box but maybe it was missed. But it's more than just drive modes. It's all the assists like ABS, traction control, collision, tire sensors that are out as well. I hope it ends up being as simple as that.

Nice shot. What is normal trans. temp? Thought mine was high at 175-200. Service manager said that was low? Also my cylinder temp never goes above 175 and my battery always pegs at 14.8. I wonder if these gauge readings are accurate.
180 is "normal" operating temp on these

175 seems low for cylinder temps. During normal driving I see 190+ once warmed up
