Now the blue part of your quote, is just plain wrong. There is no Socialist onslaught on our way of life. You are watching too much Fox News. Not all Democrats are Socialists. Not all Socialists are Communists. You are painting with some very broad strokes. You are also doing what Democrats used to do with the Tea party in lumping everyone in one basket. That is wrong. I am a Capitalist but i accept Social Security and Medicare. Both could be considered Socialist programs (Actually SS is my money which Republicans continue to want to take). This is what had made our country what it is today, diversity. Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Liberals, Conservatives, Socialists, and yes even Communists and Nazi's. We are all here, like it or not, so maybe sometime in the future we will all get that and stop trying to destroy each other.

Judges are supposed to follow the rule of law. When judges start making up their own rules, we are in deep trouble. There isn't supposed to be a conservative or a liberal judge.

So I'm saying I disagree with you. Any judge that doesn't follow the rule of law should be fired. I think all judges should be reviewed regularly and we should purge out any judges that seem to have any sort of political leaning.

Judges interpretation of laws and the constitution is impacted by the political and ideological lenses via which they interpret the laws. Some justices have jurisprudential ideologies as well, for example, justice Scalia. Scalia was a strict constitutional fundamentalist as he believed the exact meaning of the constitution had to be literally interpreted according to how our found fathers would have in the 1700s. This is a conservative interpretation.

Liberal justices tend to view the constitution as a more living breathing document that is flexible, thus a women has right to an abortion even though the founders would not have envisioned that would be a first amendment right in the 1700s due to not having the means we do today, and so on and so forth with new areas, technologies and the like, the world is ever changing.

The liberal/conservative axis is just one of several ways judges view a case. Some prefer states' rights over federal rights, there are different legitimate stances on the rights of defendants and prosecutors in criminal case, etc. Hell, sometimes it takes multiple judges/courts and even the Supreme Court to come to a 'correct' verdict.

Yeah, they followed the new laws but not because they choose to but because it was forced upon them. I'm about to leave from work so I'm just going to not get into too much detail on this as we all know the south did not want to give up their 'laws.'
