ha ha ha!! Tell me about it! I've already started buying parts and I only ordered the car yesterday. I managed to get the optional carbon fibre gear knob thrown in, then ordered all the black out badges and since joining this forum and seeing what some of you other guys have done I've now ordered a GT350R steering wheel and starter button.



Thanks mate. It's such a long wait but I know it will be worth it, I just loved the car from the moment I first test drove one.

Mark from freedomcare did mine last week Ingot. Money well spent but I have to take it back as there were a couple of opticoat marks on the hood. Not an issue though they will buff out no problem.

ha ha ha!! Yeah I know, they're very hard to come by. I was in the UK last month and was trying to talk my father-in-law into buying one when he arranged a couple of test drives for us and from that moment on I was hooked. I have managed to get a test drive here as well though as my brother is a salesman at a Ford dealership and I'm mates with the dealer principle of the same dealership which is of course where I ordered my Mustang from.

Thanks, it certainly is going to be a long year. Plenty of things to keep my occupied at the moment though, currently trying to decide on an exhaust.

This is the one that I drove in the UK, it was an auto too but damn it moved!

Car arrived at dealer finally

Ok guys and girls, time for us WA Owners to arrange our first ever cars and coffee catch up. Date Sunday 12th June. Calling now for suggestions as to where. I was thinking Captain Munchies in Fremantle (plenty of parking) 2 Beach Street, Fremantle.

Let me know if the meet works out as we should be in the new beast finally on Tuesday.
Container is on the water will lots of goodies for the new toy.
Will drop off 20" wheels for dealer to fit tomorrow and will post photos next week

WA Mustangs Count

Just returned to Victoria from Perth after spending two weeks there with my daughter. Mustang count only 4. Magnetic GT in Swan Valley on Sunday two weeks ago, Race Red GT on transporter at Fremantle on Monday, Ingot Silver Convertible on the Lancelin road north of Yanchep last Sunday and a Deep Impact Blue GT (MOAMEA) on the way to the Airport on Wednesday afternoon. Had hoped to see more but I guess our cars are still rare beasts at this time. :ford:

Bugger, will be over east - was looking forward to seeing a few of the different colours and mods

I have done tint, wheels and have my new bonnet arriving this weekend - next is exhaust but will wait to hear a few different options. Still debating if to install lowering springs (have the Eibachs), just worried it will be too low

For those that might be interested - MOCWA meet tomorrow nigh, new members welcome (and the club covers old/new)
