Hi guys, brand new here, first post.

I've just ordered a new Mustang today!! Massive moment for me, this is my first ever brand new car so that's pretty exciting and to do it with something as special as a Mustang is just awesome.

They've got my delivery down as the 1st of July next year but I'm hoping that will be shortened with an extra batch of cars coming to Australia.

The next 12 months will be the longest ever but looking forward to doing all my research here with you guys.

Congrats Steve. I am the same as you first brand new car what better way than a new DIB Mustang GT. Mine is due to built next Wednesday

I've done my year hard labour Steve cars being built in a couple of weeks....in your years wait clear an area in your garage for the "mysterious" boxes that arrive with Steeda, Corsa etc marked on them. My wife and I "wink wink" can't figure out where they come from. Weird mate.

Welcome Steve! Another Perth mustang owner to join the ranks. Although its a hell of a long wait it's worth it in the end.

ha ha ha!! Tell me about it! I've already started buying parts and I only ordered the car yesterday. I managed to get the optional carbon fibre gear knob thrown in, then ordered all the black out badges and since joining this forum and seeing what some of you other guys have done I've now ordered a GT350R steering wheel and starter button.

Hi boys and girls

Just putting it out there to suggest those of us in Perth who have taken delivery of our Mustangs meet (on a fine day) for coffee, intros, swap delay and delivery stories and go for a cruise. Personally I don't do clubs as they are full of politics but I'd enjoy catching up occasionally with like mind S550 owners for coffee and a cruise

How many in the WA forum who've taken delivery would be interested in getting together in a few weeks time ?

Opticoat or similar, going to get mine done while i am away next week.

anyone recommend anyone?

apparently freedom car care has done a couple - opticoat.

Needs to be done in my garage so mobile would be good.:cheers:

I used freedom for my SRT Jeep.....AWESOME.
