Funny that! thats exactly what they told me to. I don't have much faith in Ford servicing after they put the wrong oil information on the service report..mmm yes I know ye of little faith...
At least you have it documented if all goes pair shaped for what its worth
hahaha! oh you know what can i say just apex everything and they go along way. I surprise even myself sometimes...
There's nothing like blowing your own trumpet is there... :first:
Its probably just driving style at the end of the day or maybe its some fancy compound Pirelli...
haha! entertaining! I don't think they intended for you to use the line lock feature everyday just to nip down to the shops. What have you been doing? Tell us the truth now Karl have you been doing track days every weekend?
I didn't think it was possible going through tyres that quick just...
Geez, you went through those fast!:)
Sometimes dealers do exaggerate a bit, I've been told that before then checked them out and still had plenty of tread. I would recommend getting another opinion if your unsure and to be on the safe side.
Somehow I'm up to 50,000k on the original set...
Thanks mate, yep this is my daily driver, its amazing how quick you rack up the k's. Its a bit of a job to keep it clean driving it all the time but still think its one of the best colours. Not that I'm biased or anything :headbonk:
After almost 2 years of Mustang ownership I recently clicked over the 50,000km mark so decided to take some more photos to celebrate and thought i'd share them here for your viewing pleasure. May the good times roll! :thumbsup...
Just for you DIB fans out there, here's some photos of my mustang down under here in west oz. I just ticked over the 50,000 km mark so thought it was as good a time as any to take some more photos!
Thanks Micheal, some useful information there.
I would tend to agree, I wouldn't have thought they'd go to the hassle of making region specific changes between Aus/UK but you never know with these characters...
My question is though what happens if the part ends up failing outside of the...
That’s exactly what I thought, time to find another dealership. I think I’ve visited every single ford dealership in Perth now, I’m beginning to wonder if there are any half decent dealerships who can advise on the most appropriate course of action... so i guess have 3 options - either Leave it...
That's a long wait for a bit of glass.
On the window subject I've started to notice my drivers side window no longer closes as smoothly as it seats in the window seal.
I'm thinking there's alignment issue but will check it out and keep an eye on it... I hate fiddling with door mechanisms...
So...i went in for my 45k service at the dealership the other week and they told me my oil cooler doesn't need replacing, sounds a bit strange considering its a 16th December 2015 Build???
Anyone know if this is batch and VIN specific?
I personally had a good experience with Vibe motorsports https://www.vibemotorsports.com/
Oh and just be careful of custom's when shipping from the US depending on what the declared value is etc.
Yeah i know i usually avoid them like the plague. It was bound to happen someday i guess doesn't matter how careful you are.
I'll keep an eye on the classifieds and see if anyone has had any experiences with some wheel shops locally
Hahaha! well you know those multi-story car parks with the worlds biggest chunks of concrete for seemingly no reason...:bolt:...i kinda...well scrapped one  ...and then swore quite loudly!
Here's me thinking i was the placid type
I'll have to take a picture, its not too...
Does anyone have any experience or recommendations on where to get wheels resprayed/repaired in Perth?
I was specifically looking to get some repairs done initially and just weighing up the options to get some custom work done?
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the offer. do you have any specs or pictures on those?
I'm assuming here that the Gorilla ones will work fine since there stated to be replacement lug nuts for the factory wheels and the information i can find on the Vorsteiner wheels state they can use the factory lug...
