Keep in mind this is the company that, when faced with conclusive evidence that Pinto gas tanks exploded during rear-end collisions, decided it was more cost effective to eat the lawsuits from the families of customers burned to a crisp than to issue a recall of the cars on the road to retrofit a plastic shield to prevent the problem.

So, given that mentality, do you REALLY think they give a hoot in hell about a few thousand customers unhappy that their car vibrates ??

Idk good question, I myself felt good turning a guy away from buying a mustang the other day. Something I can't believe I even did, I use to live and breathe mustangs, brand loyalty can suck it as far as I'm concerned now.

I am 43 and have driven them since I was 16. I cant believe how poorly Ford and the dealers have treated me on this one and my 14 that had rear end issues.

well no more. If they dont offer to buy back and swap for another I will never own another Ford.

If you could read you would understand but I will explain. I have been driving Mustangs since I was 16 and have never had an issues until the 2014 and 2016 models. The older ones never gave me any issues

I spoke to someone today who was considering a Mustang convertible and she said it made a humming noise at highway speeds so she ended up with a BMW. I think they're all broken, most people just don't understand refined cars, or normal cars. She saw mine and commented how beautiful it was then I told her I love it but have this issue and then she shared this with me. I'll bet half of them are defective.

Mine went back today for further trouble shooting, spent most of the day there. They swapped out tires with a model of the lot. Test drove, didn't help. Then they swapped out the drive shaft with the same car. Test drove, made it worse. Now to drop off next Monday so they can have it a few days. I believe it to be in the output yoke, Tech says it's normal to have movement in it. I also noticed if you swerve side to side at it's worst it goes away.

2015 Vibration after 10k Miles

After 10k miles my car began to vibrate and whine between 55 and 80 mph.
It is a 2015 Roush S2 with a dealer added super charger. The dealer took the following steps, they replaced the Drive Shaft and gave the car back to me. The car still vibrated so I took the car to have the tires road forced balanced. Front tires showed signs of cupping, so I replaced the front tires and had car aligned. The hwy whine is gone but the vibration remains. So I brought the car back to the dealer and left it with them. The dealer replace the drive shaft again, indexed the drive shaft and check tire balance, then called me to let me know this is the best they could do. The car still vibrates!!!!

Can anybody recommend a Dealer or Speed Shop in Florida that will care enough to fix the problem correctly?

Is it better now then when you 1st took it to them? Steeda makes their own ds in pompano they will make sure its right if you buy one from them!

The shaft is not the answer, I had a 1 piece perfectly balanced aluminum shaft put on mine, it did absolutely nothing.

That's what I'm trying to tell these people. I checked the out put yoke on mine and it has .020 movement side to side and top to bottom. The yoke bolts to the output shaft on the tranny. With one bolt in the center. Then the u joint bolts into that. Every other ford tranny I have worked on has no movement. The tech claims they all have movement. Guess what.....bet they all vibrate.

One of the 3 they swapped out on my car went to an independent DS shop & they sent it screaming back to the dealer.
Said it was too far off for them to try & balance.
