what FordService needs to be doing is giving us updates on issues that she knows are common and are plaguing a large enough portion of users.You don't understand nor ever will understand it's process. You think it's simple 10 min job when it's not.
I thinking no matter what car brand you have you will complain. Haven't yet made perfect car and never will be one made. You're not prefect either get off your high horse. Too bad there wasn't quality control on people LOL
assuming that our subset is representative of all owners, then half of the polled users have vibration in their cars. the other half have lucky driveshafts or dont know that they have the issue (minimal).
this, to me, logically, is a big issue. the members dont need their cases elevated, the QC concern is what needs to be elevated, and echo'd by FordService.
if i was wrong there would not be a 60 page thread.
fix it.
