rent a Camaro 1SS or 2SS. Or go for a test drive in a 1SS w/ 1LE package just for the hell of it. <grin>

19 wheels are better for all-around use IMO. Unless you're taking it to the track, I would pass on the Nitto's.

Hmmm Ive read several reviews of those Nittos, they usually get good ones.

Those are the tires the LRM site is offering. Will those look good? LIke the sidewalls wont be all wacky like Ive seen with other tires?

Im really stuck between 19 inch and 20 inch tires. The ride quality is better with 19s isnt it? Or the bigger the better? Biggest tire Ive ever had was 17s haha.

Maybe I should go rent a car with like 20 inch tires!
Between 19 and 20 it won't be a mind blowing difference for you most likely, I didn't notice anything that substantial going from 19s to 20s. Biggest difference will come from the weight of the wheel itself and the quality of the tire.

The NT555 G2s are good, they're nothing mind blowing but if the price is okay for you and they come mounted, that's good. I can spin from a dig, the 1-2 shift, and a few times the 2-3 shift.

Yeah and the best part is that I get 10 wide front and 11 wide rear. I like the more contact front and back.

Going to definitely get the 19s then. They look super clean.

Look into tire prices first! We don't *need* the 11" rim in the back (it'll look nice and fat though so can't argue that!) and it could increase your maintenance costs if the 305 tires are significantly more than a 275/285.

Well it looks to be about 50 dollars per tire. But all those tires are expensive as hell haha.

What do you mean by "wacky" sidewalls? As you move to bigger wheels, the sidewall becomes smaller because the diameter of the tire has to stay about the same. And yes, the 19 inch wheels should ride slightly better than 20 inch because there is more tire. Also, 19 inch wheels will be lighter than 20s of the same model. The appeal of 20s for many is the look. Personally, I think some wheel styles look silly in 20 inch but that's just me.

Ive seen some tires where the sidewall wasnt completely touching the rim or something of the sort.

What I wonder is if there is a list of tire sizes that fit this S350 19's that Im looking at.

Sounds like a size issue, as in running something like a 255 on a 10" wheel instead of 275. That's what the camber boys do when they stretch their tires to hell to make em fit.

Yeah thats probably what I was seeing then.

Could a 285 fit on a 11 inch wide wheel?

Agree. Also, if you get the same size tire all around you can rotate the tires so they last longer.

For 19x10 wheels most go with 285/35r19. You could also do 275/40 or 275/35.

Yes, probably look a little stretched. My 275 looks exactly perfect for a 10" imo, thinking about going to a 285 next time instead (depends on tire price when I need them).

20s or 19s. This is a long going debate within the community. For me i have been at it since it was the 18s vs 20s...cause 19s were not a common option and quite expensive. In the end it all depends on goals. 18s for the track or daily driver with best road feel. 19s for the daily driver all around performer. 20s for looks. However, the one thing that can change the argument between 19s and 20s. If the 20s are a light weight rim and combined with tire weight are close, and in some cases lighter than stock 18s, your not going to lose performance, but you definitely will feel a difference in handling and road driving. Not crazy, but it wont feel as nimble. 19s are just that nice middle ground and look great too. Personally, i wouldn't be afraid of the 20s if they 25lbs and a good quality rim. 20s look amazing on our ride. The other advantage 20s offer is tire prices are cheaper and there are more options and availability. Also, don't stagger your wheel sizes if it's a daily driver. You will want to rotate to extend tire life. Last piece of advice. Shop for your own tires. Buy the rims and find your own deal on tires. You will find a better deal. Though I get the impluse to get the complete balanced package with included tire senors. I also say this cause it seems you will go 19 and if you go 19s then 275 40 is the tire you want. The 285 35 option is fine and they are wide, but the 275 40 with the bigger sidewall and plenty of width for road contact is perfect for filling out the wheel well, providing driving performance, and making those 19s look perfect with a 1-1.5 inch drop after new springs. If you go 20s the 275 35 are a good pick or 285 35 on the 10inch width rim. My two cents.

Also, if you plan on buying with current deals on LMR for the SVEs jump on it soon. My guess is they won't be at this closeout sale price for much longer. Those prices are insanely low. There may be an upcoming Memorial Day sale too throughout the major online retailers, but it's a chance you will miss something this low on these rims until black friday rolls around.
