A brake caliper is a caliper as far as function... sure caliper designs, piston quantity, hose connections and mounting brackets may be different, but if Dodge (or insert other Manufacturer here) has a rear Brembo caliper, why couldn’t it be made to work with a Mustang S550?

I mean, brake caliper upgrades/mods have been done for years on a multitude of vehicles and posted to many auto forums... someone is bound to research and do a rear caliper swap soon...

EDIT:
See.... Chris is already working on a sweet upgrade for the rears.... LOL!

Here's the finished product. Putting miles on them now so I can start the rotor seasoning/pad bedding process later this week.

So what to give a parts breakdown.
Because I doubt those calipers just bolted on. Did you have some adapters made for them?
What car are those rotors off of.
Looks great.

PS. for the GT350 brakes. Those are a direct swap front and rear?

The calipers and rotors are part of a complete system Baer offers. It's using the mono block 6S (Extreme plus) calipers. You pull off the OEM calipers and install brackets to the spindle that coverts caliper to a radial attachment. The parking brake is integrated into the inside of the rear rotor hat.

Ohh so, Baer makes this kit for the S550? I see it now. D

So far so good. Yeah they are spendy but so much fun! I just did the first step in seasoning the rotors this afternoon. There's already an enormous difference in stopping power. Instead of the car nose diving a bit, it squats as it stops. The best way of describing them is that they give you a very confident feeling.

I am not usually a fan of non-functional accessories but those really dress up the ugly OEM rear calipers nicely. How do they attach? Do you have a link to the ebay listing?

here is an example of one set. I used the smaller of the two sizes for a test fit and larger of the two for the actual ones will be used on the car. I used high temp silicone to secure the cover to the calper. www.ebay.com/itm/4PCS-3D-Red-Style-Car-Universal-Disc-Brake-Caliper-Covers-Front-Rear-Kits/254226457821?hash=item3b3113e4dd:g:M98AAOSwrYRc1T9G
