I would definitely end up running that thing over eventually. Fortunately my wire is dropped across my windshield cowl area so I'm reminded to unplug it.I must have posted in another thread revolving around this because I don't see it here. I typo'd the name, it's IntelliCharge, and not IntelliCharger, my mistake. It's part of the CarCapsule that I have for the Mach to park in during extended times of not being driven. See the links above. This is the only picture I have of it at the moment.
Being in Tennessee, I wholly agree!
So is the CTEK but it’s high quality. Lamborghini and other similar manufacturers rebrand CTEK chargers and include them with their vehicles. The reviews are very good. No regrets here.Is CTEK the best trickle charger? I've used the Battery Tinder but they're made in China and not sure I fully trust them now.
No lie, this made me laughI've used the Battery Tinder...
They are still a good, solid & reliable charger, have 2 taking care of my HotRods. Is CTEK the best trickle charger? I've used the Battery Tinder but they're made in China and not sure I fully trust them now.
Thanks. I just purchased two. I'm sure I will like them, if so I will be getting at least a couple more. They are still a good, solid & reliable charger, have 2 taking care of my HotRods.
It's not in it's permanent spot, although I do like how I have the cord ran through the fender vent and up behind the headlight so there's nothing draped on top of the side of the car.I would definitely end up running that thing over eventually. This is my Charging or Winter storage trickle/Maintainer charging set up.I have a 7A CTEK (MXS 7.0) and yes, that's the profile in my charger
I drop the charging cable through the engine bay and sit the charger under the car connected with a IP54 socket, once connected I push it arms length under the car.
It's in the CTEK rubber bumper and I have put rubber feet on its base so if any water puddles, it won't sit directly in the water
I've washed (including jet wash) the car multiple times whilst it's been on charge with no issue

I second this one. Used last winter and again this one. Works fine. Only wish the bit that connects to battery was about four feet longer, to eliminate opening hood to hook up.Battery tender
