Track mode with Sports+ steering

I was messing around with MyMode after being informed that I could use it to change my drive and exhaust modes (duh). I like Track mode for its shifting and overall performance and Sports+ exhaust for its better sound without giving me a headache. So that's how I set it once I realized how MyMode works.

But, in poking around, I notice that when I switch to Track mode, the steering setting is at Sports+. Is this normal, and is there a Track steering mode I can access somehow?

I 'think' there are just three steering modes - but I haven't messed around with them in a long time to be totally sure.

There are just three steering modes: soft, medium and hard. The hard one is called Sport (or is it Sport+? I can't remember and can't check right now).
Depending on your trim level and manufacturing year you may be able to change the steering mode with the flip button after selecting the drive mode. In some vehicles, including mine, the Sport+ and Track drive modes won't let you switch to any other steering mode than Sport.

Okay, after messing with MyMode, now my middle info section is stuck in the MyMode selection mode. Does anybody know how to get back to the usual mode (Trip info, tire pressure, etc.)?

Press your setting / cog button, turn the driver info (I think) display back on.

Once set, it will default to being on - unless you go back to ‘show gauges’ option on the pony button
