Can you share which button you bought and how it was installed?
Or you referring to the sticker that others have just placed over the existing silver start button?

nvm, I just watched the vid from cjponyparts.com.
Makes you laugh off the Ford performance video! lol.

My goodies have arrived. Now just to wait until 8am Saturday to get this sweet symphony of sound, installed.

Thanks @goingsolo2 for the great service!

Booo.... Just get cherry bombs and call it a day.

I'm kidding. Don't ever do that.

Should sound great.
:lol: being down south...I hear those things sometimes as you get out in the sticks. Funny shit for sure.

I am really excited for this new setup to replace my Roush.

Haha. We used to have a 1972 Nova that my dad and I rebuilt and we went cheap and slapped some glass packs on it to pass inspection. Loud as hell but it got the job done. A proper exhaust is way better though.

Nice! that was common back in the day. I remember growing up and hearing those things all over the place. They were the norm back in the 70-80's.

Happy that Ford released this! One of the few things in the interior I noticed I wish they did on the start button. It's very hard to see when you see a bunch of silver (toggle switches) and it seems to blend in. Not anymore when I get mine shipped soon. I'll be stopping by my local hardware to purchase that angled pick.

Dude, Todd15Fastback
I just listened to these online. This is the sound I've been trying to get! All the other exhausts can't get close to my old WRX I used to own. The closest I've heard are the MBRP Race series exhaust but I think this Solo Performance handles the different RPMS bandwidth better according to their website. Let me know how your install goes!

Had a busy weekend getting things done to my car. Got the Solo Performance, Mach Thunder installed Saturday morning. Love, love this exhaust in all facets. The build quality is superb. The tips are amazing and the adjustability is off the charts. I state this as I have just about all the Steeda suspension parts. This required making finite adjustments near the billet sway bar mounts and subframe braces. Ended up getting everything perfect and no rubbing anywhere. The sound has changed already in the 60 miles I have driven it over the last 2 days. Getting deeper and deeper, especially in the lower RPM range. No rasp, either. I drove under an overpass on the way home and nailed it in second gear...OMG...the sound was orgasmic. LOL.

Got the sound tube removed and used the kit to plug the firewall and opening off the intake tube. Also changed the transmission fluid to BG Syncro Shift II. It is smooth like butter now. This was an instant change. Really surprised me.

I installed my GT350 start button, Scott Drake aluminum covers/caps and my polished, UPR oil separator. Looking good under the hood, for sure. Nice , neat and clean without overdoing it.

Hey Gary, I won't. It's spring break and we are on a cruise.

Very nice Todd.

I have had Solo Performance on my last two F150's and I am a big fan of them. They hooked me up very well with my current truck. I think Jeff was his name, great company.

The only complaint I have with them is they use 400 grade SS as opposed to 300 and it rusts up. Well, at least it has on my trucks but I'm hoping they ventured to 300 grade on this kit? I agree with you, they make a sound like no one else.
