Hello everyone. I am new to this whole chat thing. I have a 2019 shelby and I can't stand the tramlining with this car but love the car. I was curious if any is running 285/35/19 in the front and 295/35/19 in the rear or I have heard 255/40/19 in front and 275/40/19 in the rear has anyone done this and dose any have any pics of that combo. Thanks all and enjoy your rides.

You’ll see a marked improvement in tram lining just by ditching the Cup 2’s. You could stay with the stock size and go with almost any other tire and would be happy with the results. The 285/295’s will definitly work, but not sure about the 255/275’s. Best of luck..... and let me know if you wanna sell those cup 2’s ;)

I was planning to change the tires as well, but took the car to a shop with racing experience and had them adjust the alignment, front and rear. The ‘toed in’ both ends of the car as far as the spec allowed. The results were very noticeable. Even more so than the Steeda sub-frame brace I had already added. The car still pulls when it hits a bad spot in the road, but it doesn’t take two hands on the wheel to keep it out of the ditches, and it is dead straight when I hit the brakes hard, which wasn’t the case before. You might try that path before dumping money on tires. That said, I plan to install PS4S when the Cup 2’s wear out.

295/285 is what I run with continental extreme contact sport. Very happy.

I don't have anything valuable to add, I'm just surprised and a bit confused about why it seems to be so hit and miss. I don't think that I've only ever driven on pristine roads, but maybe that's it.

Mine when stock and also later with -2.4 deg camber and just a bit of toe in never once exhibited even the slightest tramlining.

And now I have the R's 315 Cup 2's up front with zero toe and -3.4 deg camber and still no tramlining. I'm going to have to pay closer attention to the roads I'm driving on and try to find one with some ruts to test it out.

Mine has been tramlining and trying to get away from me from day one. Sometimes I fell like I am riding a wild horse who wants to buck, kick, and run sideways. I have to pull back the reins to bring her back inline. :)

255/275 is a bit too narrow for stock width rims. Like, way too narrow.

I am also in the group of a tire change completely eliminated tramlining; size irrelevant.

I have zero tramlining with Cooper Zeon tires and stock R size rims... I have to fight her with the cup 2's. I run the Coopers in 305 / 30 /19 all around.
