If you run the trickle charger's wire right underneath the pointy part of the body panel above the headlight, you will be able to close your hood. There is plenty of clearance. No need to keep it propped up.
I do not have any pictures right now, but my 2019 is having the same issue; all 4 tires have a lot more wear on the outside than the middle and the inside. I have a little over 4000 miles. Never tracked. I am guessing at this rate I will be shopping for tires before 10K miles.
I was standing right next to the two high school dropout looking young fellows fumbling their way through the oil change, and yes I did make sure they used the right weight and amount of oil. They were supervised by someone who was introduced to me as their master mechanic. I was impressed by...
The problem with that is, before they schedule you for service, they ask for your phone number and or vin number for reference, and I do not own any other Ford vehicles to test it out. I am sure their practices have not changed, if I ever need anything in the future, I am calling the service...
I would personally stay away from vehicles that have been heavily modified. Otherwise, make sure you check the Carfax history, it will tell you if the vehicle had any warranty work done.
I feel ethically bound to write an update to this whole situation.
Apparently the person who I spoke with was the General "Sales" Manager and not the General "Service" Manager. Late into the evening yesterday, I got yet another call from their actual General Service Manager who was extremely...
Mine has been tramlining and trying to get away from me from day one. Sometimes I fell like I am riding a wild horse who wants to buck, kick, and run sideways. I have to pull back the reins to bring her back inline. :)
I hate to revive this thread because I had moved on from Dana Ford, but I got a call from their General Service Manager Douglas Hanson because of the feedback I left on dealerrater.com
His first question to me was; "Did you buy the car from here?", I said no, and asked him what difference does...
...Anyways screw Dana Ford and the horse they rode in on. I reached out to another Ford dealership in the area, spoke to their service manager and was told to bring it in next week.
The thing is, they do not know that I would be using my "app points". I suspected they were doing it because I did not purchase my car from them. When I asked the girl about it, she denied that was the reason.
I am curious to know if anyone else is having the same experience as I am.
I purchased my vehicle new from a dealer that is about 8 hours drive, away from where I live. Upon driving it home, I called the nearest Ford Dealership to have the vehicle inspected and was told the next available date...
