i replaced mine yesterday at 3500 miles...just to be safe...think i'll do it every other oil change
What? You removed your engine, took off the cam covers and the cams, removed the front cover and the oilpan and changed the timing chains? Did you change the oil pump gears while you were in there? I must say, you're really committed - that's a pile of work to do every 3500 miles.

Yeah, I know it’s only a couple of years into the run but I figured I’d throw it out there due to the uniqueness of the Voodoo.

You'll be fine. I'm betting this is only the case with people who turn their Voodoo engines into legit full on race toys and are tracking many times a year plus street use at average miles per year.
YUP! This an many other statements like these are in the manual to cover Ford. In other words, "I told you so!"
