FYI....Saw a Lightning Blue, no stripe, '17 GT350 on Autotrader today listed by a dealer in MS.......showing $2K over MSRP ($58,495 v $56,495 MSRP) in the listing.....New South Ford - Meridian, MS.

Understand. I was simply letting people know about the car. Some are willing to pay ADM and thought they might be interested enough to check it out. This is one of the lower mark-ups I've seen....if it is legit.

Very long story short, someone on here posted up a craigslist of a 2016 Track Pack. Whoever that was, I owe you a beer!
I'm picking up an 2016 Track Pack GT350 in Avalanche Grey w/ White OTT Stripes and a Black Roof in the wrapper with 6 miles for $3k under sticker. It was a collector's car bought as a safety in case he didn't get his R. He did. I get his undriven 2016. Winning!!!

I spent the last few days building out a database of available GT350Rs in the US and was able to locate 47 cars that currently have VINs assigned and show as available on Ford's website.
I spoke to each of the dealers and confirmed which cars are still available, which have sold, and also found a few where the owners of the dealership were keeping them to "add to their collection." Removing a few of the outliers, Marysville Ford @ $350k :eyebulge:, the average ADM based on the remaining roughly 30 cars available for sale was an astounding $39.4k
. The lowest I found was $10k over (already had a deposit on it) followed by one at $12k over that had just sold. The highest besides the one mentioned above was a few cars I found in $60k to $70k over range. Of the two dealers I spoke with that said they sold cars at MSRP one had a 10+ person list and the other had no remaining allocation.
There are a handful of cars out there for $20k over but even that was scarce with most being at $25k or more. I would suggest the best deal you'll find right now based on my research (relationships aside) are in the $15k range, if you’re able to negotiate to that point. I am working on a deal at $15k over including shipping, which puts me at roughly $12.5k over window. Still way more than I hoped to pay but less than most of even the used cars I’ve looked at. Once I sign for the car (**fingers crossed**) I will post the spreadsheet in case anyone has interest in taking a look.
For what it’s worth my research did not include Canada as I didn’t want to risk having to leave the car at my in-laws house for a year before being able to get it registered in the states as I’ve been told Ford can be particular on the export inside of 12 months. Plus I'll be purchasing and registering the car under my business in MT, which makes the Canadian sales tax extremely cost prohibitive (in the ballpark of an ADM even if I purchased at MSRP).

What's the best way to search all Ford Dealers? Their site allows within 100 miles of any zip code. Not the best option when wanting to look Nationwide.

I still find it interesting that we are still talking ADM for the GT350. I put a poll up and it said 60+ % got their 17 for MSRP or below. I called at least 50 dealers and not 1 in 5 states had one under 10k over.

I honestly called Ford customer service and complained to the lady that their website sucks for searching the inventory. 100 miles is really stupid I mean come on. Not just that but half the listings even on their website is inaccurate (or at least they were for me). She sat there on the phone with me for at least 20-25 minutes searching nearby states and giving me way more information than I could get from their site.
I had a forum member/friend point me towards cars.com and they were MUCH more accurate than any other site. I found my car there after 3 calls.
Yeah I know this is pretty annoying. It seems like the dealerships that are most willing to work out something were the ones that had black or white and I didn't want either of the two colors.
I'm glad I found my race red at 1k ADM. Not MSRP like everyone's getting but close enough. Didn't feel like calling another 20 dealerships.
Only thing that sucks now is that my car is gonna sit on their showroom floor for another week or so before intercity finally gets to them.

I am all over Cars.com and Autotrader.com, but you still miss some. Never thought about calling. What I see in the Midwest is the more rural dealers with 16s, or less desirable color combos are dealing. Those in Chicago are not. No matter the color, year, used or new. In Chicago area listed prices are; 16s at 5k ADM and 17s 10k ADM. I enjoy the game and the hunt though. Glad you got yours man!
