Leaving an underground parking lot today...
Holy are you serious? I almost nearly stalled. Had to give like 4000 RPM rev before accelerating. Then again, car would become shaky and all retarded.

Emailed BAMA last week that the 2nd tune they gave me didn't do ANYTHING. Was very detailed about it. No response.

Can't wait til I get the LUND tune from Beefcake in a couple weeks.
Oh, and I get 8MPG max. Wonderful

As stated above, this sounds a lot like a vacuum problem. Would cause horrible throttle response/jerkiness at low rpm and terrible gas mileage. Triple check your connections.

This problem arose after JUST springs and exhaust. Don't think it's the vaccum line, imo. BUT...

I want to test and eliminate all possibilities of this poor throttle response BEFORE committing extra money into ANOTHER tune.

So I will definitely have a shop check the vaccum lines, tightness of intake/everything else, and have the shop remove my exhaust completely to check for malformation or cracks.

:/

Poor throttle response came before*** Intake and tune - problem arose after springs/exhaust. The intake and tune did absolutely nothing to fix the problem.

Do you guys think what I said in the post just above this is a sound idea to solving this issue?

Wait - so you had these issues before installing the tune?? There is some mixed information now.

A tune isn't going to fix pre-existing problems, it will likely just exacerbate them.

I agree. A tune will not fix car problems that didn't exist from the factory.

Springs won't cause the problem unless you broke something during install.

Exhaust is unlikely as well unless something else broke during install.

Undo the tune, cai, and exhaust to eliminate them. Then troubleshoot.

If you can't figure it out at that point take it to the dealer.

Also it helps to share all the information up front otherwise we cannot help you. At first you stated the tune and cai caused the problem. Now the problem existed before that. Misinformation makes it harder for us to help.

Could there be any other reasons as to why my throttle response has becom terrible AFTER the 3 mods? - 3in exhaust, intake, tune.
Your story has changed? So tune and CAI had nothing to do with your problem and were added after the car started running bad? You called out BAMA in your first post!?!?

???

My post above I quoted you saying it happened after the 3 mods (3" exhaust, intake, tune), and here you say just springs and exhaust.

Why call out and email BAMA when the problem existed before the tune?

Wow...what a mess you created trying to say it was BAMA's fault.

Didn't mean to make it sound like I called out BAMA. This was not at all my intention, whatsoever. I praised bama's customer service in either this or my other thread. Serious apologies for the confusion, guys.

Will post in even more detail around 7pm PST.

Jesus. You need to get better at describing what the hell is going on. It seems like you have no idea what you're doing from your posts. When exactly in your modification timeline did these problems arise?

Seems like an install problem, yet you're talking about bama and tuning differences. Good luck with that.

You absolutely called BAMA out in your first post. You pasted an email to them explaining all the problems you had after installing their tune.

If the problems you had existed before the tune BAMA should never have been mentioned in this thread at all.

Can you describe in detail what you did when you installed springs and catback, just before the issue started?
