I think the idle stuff in the vid is the secret sauce you're missing. I forgot about that stuff.
He has a gen3 I’ve watched the video but some options he has I dont

You can try copying over all values for that one specific mapped points but I don't think it will work because of what mike said. They probably didn't spend any time calibrating the idle cells for any other MP than 1. If you want it to idle better, you probably need to adjust DD and turn the idle up to 850 or something like that.
I would just copy the mapped point 1 idle values to the commanded point that way only the idle stuff is off and if the car trys to reference that mapped point during normal driving it will have the correct torque/spark/SD

I thought he has a gen 2 roush. What options don't you have?

I thought it was a gen 3. Give me a little and I’ll go through the video again and see how he’s doing it and if I have the same options

So much bad information. It was hard for me to watch.
I would Ignore the majority of what this guy describes. his MP11 that he set up would require IMRC, so he is basically using MP 24, without even knowing what he is doing or why it worked.

There is no reason why you cant have cam lope while the car is warming up.

Say you command -20/20, MP12, at idle for the chop. But it won't idle steadily. That means it will take a bit of work to get it to idle steady. This means you have to figure out how Ford controls idle and fix that. MBT and TTL are the likely culprits, but BLK and MAP/SD could also contribute. The way I would attack it is starting with MBT, look at trends in MBT at a constant speed and load at different cam timings. That will give you an idea as to what MBT actually should be for -20/20 and will get you closer. Same for TTL and LTT. Then learn what to look for when logging idle and you might get some clues as to what's causing instability. Like for instance, timing should be around 10 deg. If too high or too low, it loses ability to control the speed. It also might hit some limit when trying to increase to raise speed, etc.

Ya he didn’t understand that the reason those tables are disabled is because the supercharger doesn’t have imrc and he didn’t know that the imrc affects the commanded points.

Wait…am I doing it wrong by commanding mapped points 0-4 on my Whipple gen 3 coyote???

MP 0- 13 are originally a function of the IMRC being closed. MP 14-26 are almost a mirror image of the same angles but with the IMRC open. Some small differences.
A PD blower eliminates the IMRC. So depending on how the calibration was setup you could command MP 0-4 and have it come out correct, but if you are under the impression 0-13 are for emissions reduction mode.... well... you get the idea.

What he didn't understand is the Idle auto off. Thats supposed to keep people from dying if you fall asleep in a garage with the engine running.

Yes he didn't understand a lot of stuff, but it should help get an idea what is involved in making a ghost cam tune.

Like mark replied you can use them but the dude in the video didn’t understand they are for the imrc open/closed and he thought it was for emissions reduction mode.

The Roush gen3 tune was an eye opener for me. They only use mp0-6. Myself and some others went a step further and only do 0-4. But like I said, if you change the location of a mapped point you’d better know what you’re doing.

I use 0-6. Well basically 1-6. 3 for idle/cruise, 1 for transition, 2 for WOT

For me it’s 0 for disabled/cold start, 1 for idle, 2 for cruise, 3 for wot top end, and 4 for wot midrange.

Where'd you get the idea?
