Sync 3 V3.4

Has anybody received a Mustang with Sync3 V3.4 as a factory install yet ?

Sync 3 3.3 is the latest for most of the 2019plus, some have 3.4, though it is not out for general release (yet) Sync 3 3.0 for pre2019 to 2013 is the latest (so far)

DH3605 said his sons 2020 GT had 3.4. I don't believe it which is why I asked for the screenprint.

The 2020's might already have it... but they are also getting the newer screen/APIMs (well some of them) so 3.4 might be right, and also 4.0 maybe around the corner too

4.0 is a long way off.

All 2019 Mustangs seem to have the updated hardware (APIM) but run 3.3 at the moment. 2020 MY cars are shipping with v3.4 it seems, but in the UK 2020 cars cannot be registered until December 1st for legal reasons (emissions) so nothing here yet.

My 2019 came with v3.2 from the factory (built December 2018) hence the newer APIM

Didn’t take a picture of it but that is why I started the thread about the upgrade from 3.3 to 3.4.
He is 300 miles away from me in college or I would be happy to get a picture for you. I have no reason to make this up.

My sincere apologies for a very poor choice of words. I was just surprised that yours was the first post regarding 3.4. Still nothing on Ford website for us 19’ owners.

I have 3.4 in my 2018 Fusion with Nav.... when it did not come with Nav, and at best it was 3.0 19xxx before the swap.

This is from Breeves and it puts that same build on the APIM 3.4 it is just not released officially through Ford. I have upgraded quite a few APIM's with this and seems to work with no issues. I have it in my Mustang and Explorer. This install will update Nav Units and Non Nav Units the like. Look at Post #6 and you do not have to do the Language one. It takes 10 minutes.

Did the 3.4 update from USB last night. Didn't even have to start the car. Popped in the USB, hit the start button with my foot off the clutch and waited for the message. Message on the top of the screen said updating and after 7 minutes or so, got another message that said the update would be applied the next time I started the car. Closed it up for the night and the next day I hit the start button without starting the engine and it was all updated. Love the new theme and we have 4 choices of backgrounds.
