I still don't like the UI.

as per the usual on anything sync related. The article is written by someone who just summerizes everything ever written by "reviewers".

I am on my 3rd car with Sync 2, and it is awesome. The 1st one is why I bought the second and 3rd.

It has a steep learning curve and requires some intellegince to operate. But after 2-3 weeks, you get your in car work flw figured out and it becomes an extention of the car.

These reviewers, get less then 24 hours in a car and dont have time to figure out things, so they just blame the device, when in reality...it's user error.

I've never had a problem with the sync 2 system. It works fine for the most part. Only thing I'm not fond of is the resistive touch screen (capacitive would be nice), and how the screen is angled. The way it is in the car right now, Any time I want to change something, I have to completely take my eyes off the road and move my head. Because the positioning of the screen puts it slightly behind the steering wheel. Buttons are also rather small, and I end up usually hitting the wrong button.

I usually use voice prompts, but sometimes it's just easier to hit a button.
