Suspension setting: Normal vs. Sport

normal everything except exhaust in sport mode for me. At the track I use sport mode because that is what we used at track attack.

The roads around me aren't too bad so I normally drive in sport everything once I get out of my neighborhood. Mostly because I prefer the sport throttle over normal mode.

If the road gets too bumpy or I want the car quieter for whatever reason I drop back to normal mode.

I honestly can't tell much of a difference between normal and sport steering so that doesn't matter much to me.

I also have my last two BMW's (M3 and M4) still in my head for reference. They were harsher in comfort mode than the GT350 is in sport or track mode suspension wise. And the steering in the BMW was heavier in comfort and especially sport compared to any of the GT350s modes.

On the track, I use track mode.
On the street, I use normal or sport mode depending on the road conditions.
Steering wheel, I use comfort if I'm in the normal mode. Otherwise, sport.
Exhaust always in sport mode unless I want to be quiet.

I drove to Montana and back with the steering in comfort mode. I found that the car wandered a lot less in the ruts on the interstate.

Interesting, I noticed more tramlining when in Sport mode. Maybe it was a combination of the shocks and steering.

I am almost always in Sport.

My suspension/steering wasn't working (documented here in other threads) and I was on the track in 'normal' mode. Very big difference - almost felt unsafe compared to track driving in sport mode. Of course it isn't/wasn't but that just speaks to the gap in modes on a track - imo anyway.

I hate comfort steering mode. Feels way too disconnected.

I'm pretty much in Normal mode w/ steering in Sport most of the time.
Now w/ the stiffer rate FP Springs and a whole compliment of suspension
pieces with spherical bushings my "comfy" mode is a tad more tightened
up. Lol! Most roads I just find Sport to be a bit much & for hwy I'm always in Normal.

Steering - normal or comfort for normal driving only

Exhaust - normal unless I want to hear some noise or unless track or spirited driving

Exhaust- Normal at 5 am when driving to work. Sport when driving home from work and on the weekend, lol.

Sport mode 95% of the time on the road. Track on the track.

I don't like the way the car handles in normal mode. I also think the engine is mapped differently in normal versus sport.

During the warm part of the year I drive it in Sport mode with the steering feel to Comfort. During the cold part of the year I drive it in Normal mode with the steering set to Comfort.

Yeah I had to do that today due to a pop up rainstorm for the longest time I have used the Weather Mode, I really liked how the car drove and the mode.
