Well I can't say I have ever personally encountered that but a good quality interior cleaner and a scrub pad should take care of it. P&S Express is one I use a lot, and Autofiber makes a scrub pad for interiors. But a microfiber cloth would work as well. An APC diluted highly would be OK, but i am always hesitant to use APC on interiors, if you do, do a test spot first to make sure it doesn't cause any other problems.

Scrub Ninja pads and a good interior cleaner like Alex stated. The Scrub Ninja will be able to get into the texture of the plastic but won’t scratch it either. I use them for leather/vinyl cleaning as well as my exhaust tips.

Don't rule out magic erasers, I've had good results on the interior with those before - plus a good interior cleaner spray. As always, test area first - magic erasers are abrasive.

Never EEEEEVVVVEEEERRRR use magic erasers on cars unless you want to permanently damage the finish of anything you touch it with. They are super abrasive. Get good chemicals and let them do the work for you.

I use bpvinagwr and water mix as well as chemical guys invisible cleaner works well. I did have to change my driver's door panel because of elbow sunscreen sweat damaged top layer.

Super Clean diluted, or not, might get it. If that doesn't, Citrol would be my next step. Clean with water afterwards. If that doesn't, nothing will.
