The PDF says it CONTAINS the following parts. If it says contains they will be in there. They also use the word "kit". Traditionally that means more than one part. I'm 99.999% sure it will come with the extra brace.
You are correct. I have the kit and installed it. You get the black strut brace, the K brace, and 4 nuts to install it. All at the super cheap price compared to the stock PP one. You don't need anything extra other than tools for the install.

Well I screwed up!
I ordered the big black brace (PN FR3Z 16k038a) before my car was delivered.
I put a nice catalized eggshell/semi flat black paint job on it.
Then popped my hood to find that I already had the big black brace, because I have the 20" wheels on my 2015 Mustang GT premium.
Would anybody like to buy the brace and 2 nuts, for what I have into them...$136.85 plus shipping?.
This is for the 2015 Mustang only.

Just did this tonight via the Ford Racing kit. Took me about 25 minutes and was pretty painless.

Thoughts:
Ride quality over single-wheel events seems markedly improved. Before I was able to feel the body flexing, whereas now everything feels very solid and tied together. Steering feedback and response is also improved, to a degree I was not expecting. Can't wait to get the lower brace on to complete the bracing package.

I have that kit as well , its a must.............Should have been standard on GT . My GT has the lower brace , because of the 20" wheel package.

I saw that and jumped on it. Glad I did! It's well worth it.

After a few days with the Ford Racing kit on, I can honestly say I'm shocked at how much of a difference it makes to the driving experience. The car is so more taught and focused. The turn-in is so much more direct and the grip from the tires feels much more consistent/better. It even helps under straight-line acceleration. The added stiffness to the front end keeps it straight and true when you get on the power; no flexing causing the front to wander a little.

Were you able to install this without removing the cowl panel grille and the windshield and the windshield wiper pivot arms. Ford racing instructions say to do this to install. Can I just remover the battery cover and battery cable to install this?

You have to take all the clips out of the cowl cover and the battery cover. You remove the battery cover and just have to push the cowl cover out of the way to get at the bolts that hold the stock silly plastic piece on. That's it.
