Are you hearing this from inside the car or outside? I don’t hear anything like that from inside, and don’t recall hearing it outside either but will listen next time I remote start.
It's not too noticeable insde the cabin. Standing outside, it is very loud. Whatever it is must be normal, because on a cold start, it goes away like clockwork evertime. Almost like a noisy AC compressor cycling off after 30 seconds. It's just weird.

From a cold start, your car runs a rich air fuel ratio to bring the engine up to operating temp quicker. The rush of air is extra intake noise your are hearing as a result of the additional fuel consumption.

It will run this way for 20-30 seconds and immediately settle the idle down to “normal” sounds. All EFI vehicles do this, most you’d never notice due to how quiet they are. These cars are just noisy.

Maybe your A/C fan is running if the heater control is set to auto and the A/C switch is ON. Open the hood and check it out.
