Weird Sounds

Hello everyone, not the first post i was hoping to make as i just got the car last week but i have a 2020 gt premium and it seems to be making a few weird noises. One is coming from the passenger side making an almost whistling like sound about at idle and gets higher with rpm. The other is coming from the rear and only really notice is when cruising at 60-70 like something is spinning but doesn’t get louder just as is. any idea what these sounds can be?

For the ladder, any chance it could be tire tread on rain groves?
