Congrats! I really do love the torque the turbos are creating vs the blower cars.

What were the IAT's?
IAT's were around 125 to 140... I'm pretty confident on a cool day around 50 or 60 it could probably get close to 675rwhp or maybe a little more...

IAT data needs to be on the street, as a hot dyno room isn't very good data.

I'm back from the dyno! Pretty good day on the rollers. It was hot, 97 degrees in their shop so I am really happy considering those temps...

It was not as high of timing, I'm guessing due to the heat but it was not having any knock so I think the numbers are good to go. The tune is still kind of conservative but I wanted something pretty safe.

Low boost (5.5lbs) it made 533rwhp / 522rwtq
High boost (10lbs) it made 655rwhp / 643rwtq

I think in the end, I'm going to settle for 7ish lbs. of boost (550-575rwhp) for my everyday setting on 91 octane. Then throw a can of torco in and turn it up to 10/11 lbs and HAVE FUN!!!

Nice!!
I can't wait for mine to be finished.
Unfortunately unlike you I have NO mechanical skills so it is being installed by a trusted Ford tech.
He is almost done but has complained about the instructions .

I meant to ask you - what kind of fuel were you using when you did these 5.5 and 10 psi pulls on this graph? I'm very interested!

Pump gas (91) with Torco. I had it tuned so I could run 6-7 lbs. on just 91, and then throw in a can of torco to run 10-11 lbs just to be on the safe side...

7 lbs is the sweet spot for DD and still safe. I also recommend an Alky kit to keep the IAT down and raise the octane. I've had both on my S/C and TT and it helps a lot under boost especially in summer heat to prevent detonation.

Is 91 the only premium octane available in the Panhandle? I thought 93 is widely available here in TX.

I wish... The Panhandle sucks for gas. 91 is the best I can get for hours. However, later this year I believe I am upgrading to E85, there is a pump within a mile of my house :headbang:

If you only have 91 octane access, 100% run E85 if available.

You'll need 1000cc Injectors + Fore Innovations Dual Pump Basket w/ Walbro 450lph pumps, but you can make a solid 800whp on E85 and stock motor.

Since the pistons are basically cast from the factory, E85 is MUCH more detonation proof/forgiving than 91 octane.

Not only that, but you can run more timing on E85 and have a much more responsive car!

As long as the car doesn't detonate, with forged rods in the 2015, the car should be good for a TON of HP.

That's my plan. I'm covered in work for a while so I don't think I can get around to doing the return style system and pumps until later in the fall. It's still a blast to drive now so no rush to make big power...

It's an extremely forgiving fuel.

I have seen customer cars in turbocharged applications running CRAZY lean, and the car wasn't even knocking due to their using ethanol. The customer had no idea anything was even wrong until they brought it in.

For a factory engine, if your budget allows for the upgraded fuel system cost, it's a no-brainer.

Can't recommend E85 enough, it's miracle race gas and CHEAP.

Agreed, although a 22v jms bap and id1000s is holding 800rwhp on E85 as well.

Just be careful with the aftermarket fuel systems.

I have the return style system with triple Walbro pumps on my 2012 with a snake bite TVS and built motor because I wanted to run E85.

It makes about 800 rwhp @17 psi on E85.I also had a race gas tune(I ran 93 with Torco the few times I drive it in the Winter)

I have not liked the way the car has run since I did that . I mean it runs fast/makes plenty of power(10.3@138 with the MT82) but now where smooth like It did with the stock system. Personally I think that was the point that the car was no longer nice to drive daily.
I will never do that again .... make so much power by using E85 that the stock fuel system can not keep up . I would rather just run expensive race gas/or torco as long as the stock fuel system will keep up

Certainly not going to do it on the 15's-I want to keep them as "nice" daily drivers as much as I can.
