If I were in your shoes and looking to tame things down a bit, I’d consider the Dynomax race bullets in place of resonators if you’re not happy with your mini race mufflers.

Here’s a video clip at the track. It’s loud, but clean sounding.
I actually ordered a couple of those too but dont have them yet. Going to have him put the mini mufflers on today in the h pipe and theres still room left for the race bullets also. Since i saw good reviews of the total flow and the race bullets and they were all cheap i got both.If I were in your shoes and looking to tame things down a bit, I’d consider the Dynomax race bullets in place of resonators if you’re not happy with your mini race mufflers.
I will update for sure. I shouldve held off on installing this corsa until after i got my daily back lolLooking forward to hearing how it works for you.
I experienced the same. I'd get some MBRP resonators. It'll greatly improve the tone. Since you have headers Iwould suggest the longer ones.6 inch long versions. I just need to knock the edge off and some rasp. It was loud before and if i can get it back down to the mbrp race level im fine with that. Its a bad rasp at 3k

It sits about 1.25" lower than the hpipe, but not that bad. It barely scrapes over taller speed bumps.I was thinking that but not too sure how garanteed the maganaflow will be after looking at post saying how big it is and how low it hangs. Im going to give these mini mufflers a shot since ive seen several post and or reviews saying they achieved what im looking for. Not too worried about cutting up this mbrp h pipe and it most likely wouldnt sell where i live.
Also i have to drive this thing for a week or two while my daily gets a transmission rebuild so at this point i need to make whatever improvements i can right now.
Ok thats exactly what i was curious about because i have the ford performance lowering springs that i will be putting on which i think is a 1 inch drop. I was planning on doing the same thing by cutting up the mbrp h pipe to put this on.It sits about 1.25" lower than the hpipe, but not that bad. It barely scrapes over taller speed bumps.
My car is lowered about an inch, 275/35/20 and 315/30/20 MBRP lth, i cut up my mbrp hpipe to put the Magnaflow 12469 abd I MBRP street catback and hi flow cats.
The car is great to drive now. The chewbacca taking a shit sound is gone, the rasp is gone. I can actually cold start my car at 4am and my neighbors don't hate me.
Here is my post with both cold starts.

I might be under it today to do some maintenance. if I get the motivation, I'll send some pics.Ok thats exactly what i was curious about because i have the ford performance lowering springs that i will be putting on which i think is a 1 inch drop. When i talked to the muffler shop about coming in today he didnt bother telling me he would not be working today so now i cant make it there until next week. Im going to order the 12469. Did more driving today in the city its not so bad under 3k. It seems like whatever frequency this exhaust is now that on back roads with trees on both sides it really amplifies the rasp.
Edit: do you happen to have any pics of how the 12469 is welded to your h pipe? I was thinking i could show the muffler guy here.
Thanks youve sold me on the 12469. Im starting to get good at starting in 2nd and getting into 5th or 6th as quick as i can lolI might be under it today to do some maintenance. if I get the motivation, I'll send some pics.
The shop kept the hpipe portion and installed the 12469 right after it. It almost only fits in 1 spot. But the sound is the best I have heard out of my car. No rasp. The blowoff valve for my Vortech is louder than the exhaust
I took the shot from the back so you could compared to the rear pumpkin. Thanks youve sold me on the 12469. Im starting to get good at starting in 2nd and getting into 5th or 6th as quick as i can lol
Thanks. Looks good. I cant think of too many places i would be driving my mustang that has speed bumps so i think i will be ok once i lower it.I took the shot from the back so you could compared to the rear pumpkin.
We probably could have gone up about 1/2" more, but it would have taken a lot of time and money I didnt have to modify the exhaust. Next time I have it in the air, I will loosen the clamps on the catalytic transition pipes and see if I can rotate it up slightly without hitting the tunnel.

Depending on the speed bump, if I angle it right, I can avoid it hitting.Thanks. Looks good. I cant think of too many places i would be driving my mustang that has speed bumps so i think i will be ok once i lower it.

But 99.9% of the time, its good. The splitter rubs exiting driveways more than the exhaust ever rubs.
Mine has gotten "slightly" louder over the last 700 miles. Still no rasp or droneGot it installed finally. Its pretty quiet now. Has no drone and no rasp. Kinda wish it was at least as loud as the mbrp was but overall its better to be on the quiet side than loud side. I can drive more aggressively now and Im curious how those totalflow minis wouldve done.
