thinking of adding the dynomax mini bullet resonators to my setup
kooks o/r lts with corsa extreme.love everything about the setup except the sharp cracking rasp around 2800rpms
i was looking at the dyno max mini bullets. they are only like 5 inches. thinking it will help with rasp without making it to quiet. will adding these create any kind of drone?

H-pipe & stock mufflers. There's your 1970 Boss 302 'thump thump' idle, and a deep roar rowing through the gears @ 7k plus.

You have an x-pipe and corsa correct? mini bullets are straight through muffler. used the mini bullets before, drone big time, but cuts the sound a few DB's

It won't ADD drone but it may not reduce it as much as expected.

My shop also said the same thing on resonator add to my ARH setup hoarder catless back system. We added hig performance cats, BEHNID the o2 sensors, ahead of the H pipe. Really helped cut the "edge" or rasp I wanted ..... still loud when I hit the gas

I just installed them on my car in place of the high flow cats. They reduced the catless raspy/metallic exhaust sound and the tone changed to slightly deeper under light throttle. Overall sound level is about the same as having the cats with my corsa sport catback. It still screams at WOT though.

I am still considering adding some 18" resonators to the mid pipe section.

I just installed the vibrant 1792's on my 2015 Roush. After I added the ford performance x-pipe with side exhaust the rasp was horrible. These removed all the rasp but volume stayed about the same and still a very light drone on the highway.

It may help a little but probably wont make a large difference. From what I gather, resonators are better the longer that they are.

I have read good things about Vibrant, and am going to be removing my cats and replacing them with 12" vibrant resonators. Hoping they will do the trick.

So the mini 6" ones will probably help a little, but if you can fit longer resonators I would do that.
