Even though going catless is the best thing. Just ask the dealer if their roushes and shelbys have cat problems. They usually shut up.

I've seen the recommendation for supercharged cars for years now.

Do the hi flow cats have a better material to prevent blow-out and would eliminating the cats (for off-road use of course ;)) be even better?

I would hate to spend $$$ on hi flow cats to have them blow out as well.
The high flow units are created very differently then MOST OEM's factory cats. There are literally countless thousands of high-flow cat cars out there with big big HP to back them up, without issues.

Yeah they will be asking you tuning like questions. From what I think you are saying is "No, ProCharger didn't kill my cats" lol This is what needs to be explained to them. Very crazy! Lol
Its an easy blame. But as stated, nothing in our tuning changes how the cats do their normal cool down, and warm up sequences. (Commonly turned off by many tuners) We leave all that 100% stock. Messing with emissions things is a big "no no" and wouldn't allow us to get our CARB certification.

Is it the same caned tune used for your HO and Stage 2 kits?

Is this tune or are both tunes, able to run at variable timing angles for different fuel octanes?

Is there a different or third tune for the HO plus Stage 2 Intecooler setup?

Different tunes,
Yes the tune allows for different octanes (however 91 or above is mandated)
Yes third tune for HO systems with STG2 intercoolers.

Add me to the "Soon" list as well. :)

BTW, in prep for installing this thing I went and picked up some more coolant from the dealership - they gave me some orange stuff and said its what goes into the '15 5.0s. The install manual suggests "pink" stuff. I've seen pink, orange, red.. are we all just color blind?

Just ordered my stage 2 procharger kit for the 15 gt. Cant wait man! My shop said, they highly recommend 1 7/8 headers and upgraded half shafts. They pretty much believe its a must.
What say you, with expieriences. Im looking for reliability, and a healthy happy coyote.

My shop that's going to do the install said the exact same thing about the headers with the cat deletes. They said the half shafts should be done shortly after if you ever plan to track the car.

The reasoning for the headers is those require a tune, so it makes sense to do it now since you're getting tunes for the supercharger. And you're going to want to remove the cats. So it makes sense to do that all at the same time.

I'm keeping my cats installed on my lt headers. I also ordered some dss 800hp half shafts. And since I'm doing it, mgw shifter and one piece drive shaft.

No cats means failed inspections?

Depends on the city and/or state (or county) that you live in.
