Thanks...Okay so at 61,340 blower speed, what is the boost calculation?
No such thing, boost is a measure of restriction. ;)
Your exhaust changes will change boost a bit, and how your tuner sets up the cam timing will also change it a bit.

Okay....School is in session. Yes I am aware of restriction/boost. Looking for a ball park here folks. Let's say with full exhaust no cats. Lol

HO kit, likely around 16psi
STG kit, likely around 17-18psi.

(At that power level, the intercooler on the STG 2 is less restrictive)

Hope this helps.

Thank you! This helps me figure lots of things out. Okay so from what I am calculating having the 8" pulley not only will it spin the blower faster up in the higher RPMs, but also throughout the entire range....correct? If this is the case I may be better off upgrading to the stage 2 pulley system. As you already know, chasing peak horsepower/tq is not always the best.

Car is used for 1/2 mile roll racing from 40mph to hopefully 175mph. I believe I will need 750+whp to achieve this.
I'm trying to represent ProCharger in these events. any advice would be appreciated. Oh and changing rear end gears to 3:08s

Mustang 5.0 - MT82 - 3.31 (stock gear)
mph/gear @ 6800 rpm's
1st = 45 mph
2nd = 68 mph
3rd = 97 mph
4th = 125 mph
5th = 164 mph

Its just a gear ratio, so it effects everything linear with RPM.

Example 8" crank and 3.85" blower pulley = 2.077 ratio
Example 6" crank and 3.40" blower pulley = 1.764 ratio

:) Hope this helps.

It does! Thank you :) Did you see my new post on my Catalytic Converter failure? Dealer claims it's because of the supercharger? They say they will be contacting you guys......

Of course. :)

Just like GM's massive cat-converter issues for years, it seems the quality of them has gone down hill fast, on other OEMS as well. Dodge right now is fighting this battle on 100% stock cars.

We do not change anything in the tuning/fueling parameters that are in the factory tuning. Thus the only thing changed is the amount of air going out the exhaust. So cars will have a set of cats last 150+K miles, others will fail at 20K, there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason.

Usually the dealership will instantly replace them, since that is a factory warranty part, and government warranty to 8 years 80k miles.

I've seen the recommendation for supercharged cars for years now.

Do the hi flow cats have a better material to prevent blow-out and would eliminating the cats (for off-road use of course ;)) be even better?

I would hate to spend $$$ on hi flow cats to have them blow out as well.

Yeah they will be asking you tuning like questions. From what I think you are saying is "No, ProCharger didn't kill my cats" lol This is what needs to be explained to them. Very crazy! Lol
