Squealing sound when braking?

It ended up being the sticker that says "left front caliper". It was peeling and rubbing the rim. It is crazy how loud a piece of paper can be! [emoji2]

Yeah, there was a similar post earlier in the thread:

"Not sure if you got a resolution on this yet but I had a similar problem with my GT w/PP. I took delivery about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and the first day I brought it home I noticed a squeaking sound at slow speeds coming from the front passenger wheel, it was embarrassing to drive thru a parking lot, haha. Initially i thought the issue was because it was new high performance brake pads, I was wrong.
I took it to the dealer they fixed it! There was a plastic bar code tag from the brake assembly that was rubbing against the back of the rim. They remedied the squeak without issue and now it's silent!
I hope this helps anyone experiencing similar issues."

As you can see it also applied to the PP brakes. As far as I can tell we have had no such luck. :(

Mine has started getting worse as well. Instead of just squealing on the first stop or two it does pretty much every stop now.

i was at dealer yesterday getting a replacement leather boot on my ebrake because the boot that was on it wouldn't let the ebrake go all the way down....they told me they haven't received any word about the brakes yet...and there is about 5 of us at that dealer waiting on an answer about the squealing either under braking, or squealing while turning left at slow speeds with no braking.

See that's bullshit! I just hope Ford doesnt ignore this issue like the corrosion problem on previous Mustangs. They better make this right. They would have swept my complaint under the rug if it weren't for me constantly complaining on social media. Looks like I'm going to have to get back on it since they missed there date for a fix. addle:

Mine just started having this problem at around 2,500 miles. It's usually during slow stops as I'm exiting my parking garage in the morning, or when the brakes are otherwise cool. It's definitely very loud and obnoxious! To the dealer...

Yes, front left for me as well. At first I thought it was rear, but putting my head out the window its clearly from the front.

Yes!!! I've finally see someone else shares my pain :(

I have a EcoBoost Sports premium and it's making awful squealing. I really hope there's a fix for this. (Currently at 590 miles)

Talked to a Ford service rep over the weekend and I'm gonna bring it in this weekend to have them check it out. They hadn't heard of this issue from anyone yet not so suprisingly..:shrug:

One dealer said id have to leave it for two days for them to look into it due to the queue. The one I set up the time with said they should know in about an hour. Neither heard of the issue.

Called McCoy-Mills Ford about 20 mins ago and they haven't received any parts from Ford Corp for the fix. Their service manager will be calling me back today. I spoke to a service adviser.

I was told that they expect to speak with the engineer this Thursday regarding the brakes. They will contact me Thursday. I will call them Friday if I don't hear from them.

Spoke to Joe Green at McCoy-Mills and he said that he's suppose to hear from the Engineer by the 25th or 26th of this month. He said hopefully sooner.
