Over in the sync 3 swap thread people have discovered that this is caused because of the transmission type setting in the APIM. If that car had a manual and yours has an auto that can cause it as well. If it happens again you may need to use FORScan to update the as built data.

I had issues with the Sandisk Ultra so I got a Lexar 633x and have had it for a year now with no issues, it has worked every time I have pulled video. I put the Sandisk in my Nintendo switch and it works great in there, I think it just has issues with the heat in the car or something.

Are you referring to the piece of foam inside the front fender? Just push it back up in there, mine slowly slide back out every few months.

It is 49 street legal, and if you accelerate slowly and shift before 3k rpm it is not much louder than stock but when you give it some gas it is pretty loud.
