Sport mode goes on as soon as I get in the car. Track mode in spring/summer. “Normal mode” is my version “snow/wet mod”, or what I leave it on until my tires warm up on a cold morning!

This - Sport for any time I don't have the MPSS on and Track in the summer with the sticky tires. I drive in sport mode all winter even in the snow. I prefer more throttle response not less.

I drive in Track mode all year round. You have nothing to worry about.

Same. Track mode keeps the nannies just there enough to stop you from cars and coffee'n your car, it is like its programmed to do a perfect powerslide every time.... Providing you have some basic/intermediate driving skills to begin with.

Normal mode for me during regular. Keeps sport mode feeling sporty.

Track mode when on the track. Having the ABS and TC fully engaged is ideal for regular street driving.

Does sport mode make a difference for manual vehicles?
Yes of course. The throttle mapping is more aggressive, and the ABS and traction control is altered.
