  4. Florida FS: Steeda Tune Required CAI

Bumping this. Got a question about the SCT tuner so I wanted to clarify that it is unmarried and should be able to to be installed on a car immediately.
  5. Florida FS: Steeda Tune Required CAI

    Friday bump.
  6. Florida FS: Steeda Tune Required CAI

I recently removed these from my 2015 GT which I recently sold. SCT BDX - Sold Steeda CAI - Tune Required - $150 I'd prefer to sell local but I'll ship at buyer's cost. Was on the car for approximately six months and about 1200 miles.
  7. HDPE/Road Race First Car

I'll second the above. I just got back from my second test and tune with my 15 GT. I thought it would be a monster. It isn't. Granted I've autocrossed a few FWD/AWD cars before this, but I figured it would be all over the place and scary. So long as you're not being an idiot with the...
  8. Optimum Gloss-coat

Yeah, most coatings are more susceptible to water marking, from what I have read. That said on Opti-Gloss I find that ONR and Opti-Seal gets rid of, and prevets them from coming back, to a degree. Have to keep that routine up every week or two or the water spotting comes back.
  9. Help, Shop header install fail

I enjoy it when threads like this happen, everyone jumps to conclusions based on a single picture, and then claim more doom when they were probably wrong. Someone pass the popcorn.
  10. Optimum Gloss-coat

My wife's Mazda 6 has become my test car. :cwl:
  11. Optimum Gloss-coat

For ONR use I've been using the MF towels available at Costco. You can get 36 of them for $15. Not the highest quality towels but they do the job for water-less wash. They're also cheap enough to be "disposable" though i hate that word. As well they are yellow and show dirt really well.
  12. Bridgestone S007A

New tire. Loosely based on the S007 that was on for the Ferrari F12. Supposed to be a split between the max performance and extreme performance category. I did a bunch of research a few months ago and found info mostly in Japanese. From what I can tell it's 90% the performance of a Pilot Cup...
  13. Optimum Gloss-coat

I did Gloss-Coat about 13 months ago and it's still going strong. About six months ago I started using ONR, the green one, and it's really changed the way the car looks. My typical wash is foam cannon with Optimum soap, then ONR with a microfiber wash mitt. The wheels get power-clean dilluted...
  14. Base gt suspension advice

Yes the rotors are different from the base GT to the PP setup.
  15. Two 19x11 Square Setup Installs

I don't believe so. In that scenario you're probably just bolting on the winter wheels and will have a bit more stud sticking out through the bolt holes than before if you're not using the spacers. But that's how people know you're serious business. When you're using extended studs and...
  16. Two 19x11 Square Setup Installs

Glad I could help. The bolt-on adapters personally I'm erring on the side of caution. Do I think they'd work without issue, probably. There are a lot of people who run them on some heavily modified cars. My issue is that you now have two clamping loads one of which requires a set of bolts...
  17. Two 19x11 Square Setup Installs

I'm planning on giving OPMustang a call. They're the vendor I purchased my BG products for my transmission from. They were super fast to ship and great to deal with. https://www.opmustang.com/store/c2/WHEEL_STUDS_-_HUBS_-_SPACERS_AND_TIRE_ACCESSORIES.html#/ To keep things equal, adding a 25mm...
  18. Two 19x11 Square Setup Installs

I called an online vendor and had the same experience. The major online vendors are trying to walk a fine line between protecting the customer and protecting the company (which sometimes is the same thing). The 19x11 and above setup is a bit more extreme and requires proper offsets, spacers...
  19. 30 vs 35 sidewall....

https://tiresize.com/comparison/ When you're asking about tires all of the numbers (305/30r20 or whatever) matter. Use the tool above and you can compare and contrast.
