Are the Motorcraft Platinum SP-550-X the plugs I should use for my 2015 Mustang EcoBoost with no tune?

What I have gleaned is that you should not go colder, but you may want to reduce the gap a bit. Other than that just as long as they are a quality brand and you keep an eye on them you should be fine.
