Wow!!

I don’t know what to say. Not a placebo. First thing I noticed was start up and how improved the idle was. Throttle just feels…light. Responsive. IDK. It’s real.

I did critique the fact that when installed, the engraving is upside down, LOL.

Overall, yes, money well spent.

I also did the Radium fuel rails with a pulse dampener in each rail. Wonder if that contributed any to overall smoothness and driveability?? Who knows. But it’s nice regardless.

Interesting, here's mine. It's the same TB used in the GT350. I notice the orientation of the entire TB is the opposite on the 5.0 motors.

Just ordered mine can’t wait to get it. Going to try it out without the throttle controller and then get it if needed.

Mine just arrived today. Trying to find some time this weekend to get it on. Bit disappointed mine doesn't have the dimpling on the center pivot bar. Need to go back and see if that wasn't phased out.

Soler only does dimples on their TB shaft, not the reworked factory TBs. I already asked about that too.

Exactly, lol

Heck my throttle in track mode is crazy sensitive as is. Enough that I get a bit surge-y over certain bumps from my foot moving a lil, lmao. Thought never crossed my mind to run a seperate controller.

Well, a little more looking over Soler website and I see our GT350 TB "Features" says nothing of dimpled shaft. HOWEVER the GM offerings for LT1,LT2,LT4....models all have a "dimpled shaft trailing edge". Soler does this added feature on the GM TBs but not on our Ford TBs. ??

Nice. One of the things I first noticed about their attention to detail is the dimpling on the butterfly shaft. Details matter.
So your TB you received DID arrive with dimpling on the shaft? Trying to find out if it is no longer offered on our Ford TBs. As stated above, my NEW TB does not . Thanks.

Well get your dremel tool out with a small round carbide tipped tool and add the dimples. Do some boundary layer fancy math and figure out the pattern and where to place them to speed up the airflow. Kidding aside, I added something similar to my 911s, from IDP and a larger GT3 throttle body with tune from Brombacher and it really woke the engine up.
