I am doing the same. Have had their less aggressive port job installed since Dec. it is a complete improve in 100% of an driving situation I have tried. Noticeably more power and response with improved driveability. I have to say it’s tempting to send it back and get the more aggressive porting done but it runs so good I’m uncertain if it’s really needed.

What are you guys talking about 87 vs 91 and all these options? When I look at the site for ordering, I don't see this. I only see one option for a TB for our car. What am I missing?

What I understand is that during the trial phase there were different porting jobs they had and put differently machined units into the hands of testers to determine which would be the final iteration for production based on feedback.

I believe the confusion stems from in early PRE-production phase Soler had sent out both a mild and a more aggressively ported TB to early beta testers. @GTthree50 received the mild job and @honeybadger the more aggressive one. Mike@Soler has now dialed in the porting to be offered and thus only 1 on site. The oem 87mm TB has been re-worked to yield a 91MM EFFECTIVE bore which equates to a 20% increase over oem at WOT. And as seen on site, only "rework your own" OR "core exchange" option are avail. at present.

The Bullitt or GT350 TB is 87MM from the factory. My Soler TB (which is a ported factory Bullitt TB) has been ported to 91MM.

Quick question... Is the TB now 91mm? I'm not sure what "91 effective" means.

Thanks!!

They cut the center shaft, opening up more airflow through the TB.

So its not a 91mm bore job, its modified to flow what a 91mm would.

Pretty neat actually.

Where is the before and after Dyno results? Their is nothing else which matters when enlarging your TB. On a NA car you can disrupt the entire power band if it goes above the capability of the engine causing flow issues. Dyno zplease
