Badcompany stopped by this weekend to pick up a Mesh Grill Set and Bolt on tow hook kit for his new Hennessy HPE750.

Aaron, did you turn off all traction control when running at the track (double tap for sport mode or hold down to completely shut off advancetrac)? Also, what fluids have you changed from stock? I plan on running stock brake fluid for my HPDE at MSR Cresson then changing to RBF 600 after. Any other fluids I should be concerned about?

I turn Advance Track off. Press brake and hold down button for 8 seconds. As far as fluid, I generally run Motul 600 but have not had time to change it, therefore I have been running stock fluid and pads. I know I will have to change it soon, but to this point the factory PP stuff has been holding up well.

Just had the dealer install all new factory fluids, even though they wanted to put in BG product. I was concerned about the transmission but apparently I need to be concerned with the Axle. I did an event in Sport Mode...once. I think I might shut everything off at the next one, it's tough on rear brakes and Torsen's. The metal could just be left over from manufacturing but I happy it's documented with Ford. My new Ford brake fluid is much lighter, and I'm working on a rear axle cooler :) I think 75/85 is too light for track use.

Well it looks like it's time to change the gears in Project 6G. The smaller overall diameter of our tires in combination with the PP 3.73 rear gear has been beneficial at some events, but on bigger tracks with longer straights, are just a touch to low. So it's time for some Ford Racing 3.55s. I will keep you posted on the install.

Definitely an upgrade I'm looking into especially with a supercharger in my future mods. Can't wait to hear your feedback on the 3.55's!

What are you doing for brake cooling up front? Can your mesh be modified to funnel air?

My lower grill has brake ducts molded in the outer grills. I do not have the ducts plumbed to the brakes yet, but I haven't had a need for it yet. Factory cooling has been working well.
