So... I did something really stupid. Help needed.

Hello everyone,

So I was using a funnel to pour some fuel injector cleaner and I forgot to the recover the little plastic attached to the end of the funnel hose and it got stuck behind the little tab. I tried to remove it and dislodge it by using a variety of tools to no avail.

Is there an easier a way to get to it?

Can't help with your current problem but there should be a special white plastic funnel in your trunk where the spare goes just for jobs like this.

I tried to use it but it doesn't work well, liquids spilled out so I used another one for a quite a while until this happened.

Not sure how to help with getting the stuck piece out, but this is what I use. I add boostane to pretty much every tank and don't have any spills or issues with this funnel.

That looks the same as what's in the trunk already...

That looks the same as what's in the trunk already...

It's pretty much the same. My car did not come with one though so I picked this one up. No issues whatsoever with spillage and I use it every time I fill up.
