Hey all - been awhile... Car still doing good. Added a tune and am loving it. However...I parked on top of an ant hill...and am trying to get rid of them now. Someone suggested to go to touch less car wash to get the scent off car. Well like a moron I did. During the wash it was ok. Pulling out we saw water pouring into the passenger floor down the firewall. It has never done this, but this is first time i tried touch less. Is this just a clogged drain or too much pressure. One other odd this is the AC would basically turn off when accelerating and I can see moisture going through the hole in body going to the door. Got as much out as i could and it has not leaked since, even in heavy rain. Thanks all! Ideas?

just a suggestion, I d first check the cowel area. most vehicles have drains under that area that can get backed up. Don t know if you can see in there or you d have to remove parts?
Then it is a 5 min job to remove the cabin filter (get a new one while there) and see it that s soaked too. Then take it from there depending on what you find or don t find.

I commented on another thread this morning; it references several things you can check.

Regarding the touchless, FWIW, you're not the first. The last thread I studied was in the 7G forums. Someone went to a touchless, got the underside sprayed (to remove salt residue). The O2 sensors and associated wiring didn't care for that. It was a lot more water than the Owner expected, at a greater force.

As Cerbomark recommended, I would check the cowl.

As long as it doesn't leak into the cabin during rain, I personally wouldn't worry about it and not use a car wash again. Probably had something to do with the water pressure spilling over into a spot.

Lots of things to worry about in this world, let the car dry and not worry this again. 🍻

Another thing: I note you have over-the-top stripes, like I do. When I used touchless car washes, the high pressure nozzled water jets started stripping off the edges of the vinyl striping and I had to replace them - at a cost of $500 for OEM stripes. I never, never use touchless car washes anymore.

Something I've just come to realize...the majority of vehicles these days are jacked up trucks, 4x4s and huge SUVs. I suspect the car wash joints have increased pressures and volumes to compensate.

...and just being touchless requires much higher pressure to compensate for there being nothing else helping scrub the dirt off.

+1 to that (me).
Went through a touchless with the underspray and while sat there getting washed the car had a slight drop in RPM. Didn’t think much of it until on the way home I noticed on decel AFR was stuck at 9.8. Babied it the rest of the way home and pulled the code, got P0132. Crossed my fingers and gave it an hour before firing back up. Code cleared itself and AFR was back moving. No issues since, but I have since cancelled the membership. Got lucky.
