Smoke on warm start

Hi everyone, I’m not sure if i’m being paranoid as i got this a few months ago and it has less than 20k miles. This is a warm start at 55 deg F. I wasn’t sure if this normal because it hasn’t happened with my other cars and the miles on it are relatively Is the smoke normal or should i take it to the dealer.

Does it disappear? In the video it looks like it disappears quickly and might be water vapor.

Any mods done to the car?

Just looks like moisture to me, especially with it being cold and rainy. When cold and lots of moisture in the air my car looks like it's smoking constantly (Although I have a full exhaust and usually run e85).

I bet on a warmer day when it hasn't been raining you wont see any thing.

it smells like fuel or gas

Looks normal to me and my motor is brand new.

My friend sent me a cold start of his 2018 Mustang GT earlier today I just double checked his smoked like that too it’s normal.
