We do not plan on any Black Friday sales as we try to keep our pricing down ALL YEAR round for EVERYONE. If i could lower the price i would just do it for everyone...

I will tell you this. MGW is about to give a knockout punch to the competition with this next wave of RACE SPECS which will start shipping first of December.

Stay tuned for some exciting news next week!!! I think it will make ANY arguments for alternatives pretty much obsolete.

I had a tough time deciding between MGW and Barton. I watched videos and read up on both shifters. I had no prior experience with either. I wound up going with the Barton because it retained the pull-up style reverse lockout. I didn't want to go back to the push down. 15 and up cars have a pull-up reverse lockout and I wanted my 2016 to remain that way. I love my Barton shifter! I want to buy the bracket that hard mounts it but after spending the money on the shifter I don't really have the 175 it cost for just the trans mount bracket by itself.

Hey guys....

As i promised last week we have some exciting features debuting on our Race Spec shifters...

Check out our new COMPACT design. One of the only complaints we have ever gotten with our shifter is that it is time consuming to install and the dust boot is pure evil lol...Also the cost to have a shop install since they have to assemble the rear shifter body not only leaves room for errors or issues but also costs more...

So, I have listened and have spent the last 4 weeks working on tweaking the physical dimensions of the shifter body until i could achieve my goal of making a shifter body that could be slipped down into the top oval cutout fully assembled with the dust boot ON!!!!


Mechanically the shifter is the same great shifter , this just makes the decision to get one that much more appealing because the installation is now super easy.

some added features also include....

NEW dynamic seals in inner bushings!!

Front linkage arm now comes with OEM pivot liner so you dont have to remove the old one from your shifter. Saves even more time and assures a brand new undamaged liner.

Updated strut arm bolts and anti vibration hex nuts added to tightening arms.

I am just at a loss why ANYONE would consider anything else for their car at this point. This shifter addresses EVERY fault with the stock unit and offers a COMPLETE 100 percent replacement , the only one in the industry that can make that claim. No adding this or that and trying to find the right "combo" from different companies. It's all here in one complete package!!!

Wow great update! Slipping it through the top would speed it up a lot. Are these replacing the current design, not sure why someone would go to the previous design when this is available?

the shift boot wasnt hard to install. Install the top half of the shifter to set the reverse lockout, remove top half of the shifter, put shift boot on, install top half again.
