It looks like this setup reuses a lot of the stock components and hardware, and seems to be more time consuming to install than other shifters. It appears that some corners were cut in the design, and would be more difficult to revert back to stock compared to other kits. I do find it interesting that Hurst opted to include a poly shifter bushing that reuses the factory bracket similar to the Energy design.

Subscribed. I am waiting to see who is first to install and report on this Hurst shifter. I was in high school late '60s, Hurst was the thing, like the retro look. Had a Hurst in my '08 GT; worked fine for me.

looks like they designed it to look like the competition shifters with the levers on them. The kind you see in race cars.
