Hybrid 3 here. Paired with steeda clutch spring was great, perfect. But made it even better w bg synchroshift ii fluid in the case

whwn warmed up it is equal smooth as Oem. It’s just. Oem was slightly notchy when cold, the bg was 90%smoother with cold fluid

both warmed performed same smoothing Oem vs bg fluid

The real difference is which style reverse you eant

you either get push down style w mgw or Oem pull up w Barton
Perfect already got the steeda clutch spring, Appreciate the suggestion

MGW X-spec with BG Syncroshift trans fluid is just so good. You won't regret it ! The push down is no big deal which you'll get used to, and there's hardly any increase in NVH, mostly it's just shifter vibration which you can feel.

I went Barton since my other car is pull up. No regrets. Either will be fine, but muscle memory I didn’t want to get mixed up going car to car

MGW X-Spec standard. Steeda SS line and spring, lethal LPX-HD. RP trans fluid. Feels nice.

I've had both the Steeda and MGW on this ride. MGW on last Mustang. Both are good shifters, but I am much happier with the MGW. Also with it I've installed the braided SS line and Steeda Spring. I've also settled on the BG Trans oil.

Didn’t even think about new trans fluid I will definitely look into that!

That was one of the reasons why I couldn’t decide the pull up to reverse or push down, Probably should keep the push up then Thanks

Barton hybrid 3 mounted to the trans. i like the feel/rumble it gives being mounted to the trans, no problems/lockouts with high rpm shifts to 7800 etc
