Hard to find a 6MT with a V8 for under 60k now-a-days...Camaro, Mustang or Challenger.

This right here!

My new black 2022 301a GT coupe has the BAP and AE, exactly what I wanted but no more. With the 6MT it looks, sounds and drives like a million bucks. Honestly, it pulls like a runaway freight train. All this, and the MSRP sticker barely touched 44K and that’s exactly what I paid for it! How in the world do you beat that?

If youre even questioning it, sell it. I recently sold a PP1 converterible. Watched the price drop week after week on it using online sites like Carmax, KBB, Vin, etc. I didn't get what I paid, but was happy to give it to the dealership as it lowered sales tax on my GT500 by about 3k.

Converteribles tend to be cheaper later in the year though. You're lucky to get close to what you paid. Just know that it's going to be a minute before you can replace it with a killer deal.

How many Mustangs have you owned? If this is your first would you have another? If the answers are "more than one" and "yes" then I say keep....

My first car was a 96 Thunderbird with a 4.6 - loved it, wanted a Mustang GT, but insurance made that impossible at that age - didn't appreciate, was young/ignorant

I traded that car for a 2001 Focus with a 2.0 zetec/five speed - hated it, wasn't a good fit for me in any way.

Third car was a 2004 V6 Mustang...not what I wanted, but it planted a seed for mustang love...couldn't afford it, that car was repossessed.

Got a 1989 Chevy Caprice with a 305. Depressing. Caught on fire in Kingman AZ.

Then I had a 1995 Thunderbird with a 4.6, followed by a 1996 Thunderbird with a 4.6

After that, a 2013 Mustang with a V6....which was a disappointment, but still, mustang=good.

Traded that in for a 2013 F150 with a 5.0 - EXCELLENT - but I discovered I'm not a truck guy.

So I traded that in for a 2014 automatic Mustang GT - liked it a LOT - but the 2015 with a manual and Recaro seats was irresistible - so I traded for that - I thought I'd keep it forever, but I got sick, needed surgery life, got complicated, so...

I bought a 2018 Escape...then a 2019 Escape, because I thought a moonroof seemed like fun....meh...

Finally, here we are, I bought a 2021 GT with an auto that's all....I have added some missing things back into it, and this one I will really try to stick with, because through everything, Thunderbird and Mustang was the consistent repeated car. So, for me, now, finally, I guess I know what I like and want.

If you like your fun car, and you can keep it, keep it. Life is short, enjoy yourself.
