I think the spare is basically the same diameter as all the wheels on the Mustangs - around 27 inches I believe.The overall diameter of the 18 vs. 19 vs 20 with tire is pretty much the same. Not sure if the small diameter differences would affect diff or not.
No spare on PP because the 18" spare will not clear the PP front brembos. At least that is part to the reason for the GT PP. I think the other issue is the PP (both eb and gt) come with summer only tires and mixing summer tread with non-summer tread is a liability - or at least so it has been mentioned here.
Yep ... but the spare could probably be used on a PP car if a good rear tire was put on the front, then the spare was put on the rear. A PITA but it would work.
