But it also looks like a stock photo though ... maybe that was a pre pro?

It's a new dual feature. Y'know, for those days when you just can't be bothered with the stick.

DEMO car

That's cool - or NOT! There we go again. I am getting old - for sure! Always thinking: "Where the hell are this companies (like FORD) are getting this workers?" Start from the beginning.
A) The worker who took it in his hands because he needed a steering wheel for an Mustang with MT. Worker: "Ohhh cool! Paddle shifters on a MT car!"
B) QC-worker: "Ohhh cool! Paddle shifters on a MT car!"
C) The workers who shipped it. "Ohhh cool! Paddle shifters on a MT car!"

Who hires people like THAT?! NOT cool at all.

No chance they would work in my company! :tsk:

Do we need a "what got wrong" post in this forum? Yes! Only reading postings like the "wrong installed CAT" or the "panel-gap" postings.

Was the ""paddle shifter MT car" delivered?

It must be awesome to have the only 100% perfect staff in the world.

My 2004 V6 M/T Mustang had an AUTOMATIC Steering Column in it.

I was quite pleased as it did not have the little lever to push when turning the ignition to OFF. Just assumed that Ford did away with it sometime between 1998 & 2004, but then when I had the interior apart / carpet out to seam-seal all the floor seams (winter car) I noticed the cable that runs from the column down to the A/T shifter was there !!

Also, car came with one BLACK (std) and one silver (int upgrade pkg) door lock posts.

See pic ... M/T little lever SHOULD be at 1:00 by ignition switch.

3rd air vent in the middle instead of vaccum and oil pressure gauges?
There's no way to know from an interior pic if this car is equipped with the Performance Package. The 3 gauges is standard until you add the performance package.

The 2 indicators that there is no PP on this build is that dash is not the PP finish.. as well as 3 gauges in the center of the dash.

Funny thing is that they put again a little sticker on the windows:

"Made with PRIDE in the USA"

It has nothing to do with 100% perfect staff. It's only how people do there work. And with that example - wrong steering wheel - everyone can see that FORD gives a shxx about their work.

in my dream world, this mustang would have a sequential transmission and the paddle shifters are used like they have them set up in WRC rally cars
